		<description>Thats absolutely right. But i feel this situation is going to continue atleast for the next 10 years as long as the IT boom continues to be on the rise. One possible way is to unify all the existing deemed universities  under one common managament directly controlled by the AICTE/UGC and all the academic regulations set by them.But in a country like INDIA it is highly impossible to expect this also.  Not only this, to add to all these the OBC quota is already enforced in creamy institutions of the country viz. IITs/IISC, so infact the country is marching towards an age where the value of engineering is becoming close to zero.....?</description>
